SOLD! 1211.. 14K YELLOW GOLD AND CORAL NECKLACE Continuous NECKLACE is 30 inches long. The 6 mm coral beads
are beautiful varigated, light pink in color and separated by 2.5 mm
14K gold (tested) beads. Vintage estate jewelry in excellent
condition, circa about 1980. Estimated replacement value
$300. |

GLOWING GOLD FOIL BEAD NECKLACE *** set *** Lovely beads, the gold foil wound inside each bead has been dappled
with bits of pink and green which "flows" with the gold, and is made all
the more subtle because the bead itself has a milky, almost
lavender sheen. The beads are 8 mm, about 26.5 inches
long. Freshly restrung, the ends are finished with french wire and
new clasp was added. The 11 mm ball earrings are screw back.
The ball can be transferred to gold filled french wire at no extra cost,
if preferred, make note in comments section of the Shopping Cart.

FAUX CARVED JADE NECKLACE ~ circa 1920-30 The art of glass, these Bohemiam beads are heavily dappled with light
and medium green ... a great imitation of jadite. The faux,
simulated carved plaque is a basket and floral design within a
pierced antiqued gold tone frame. The plaque is solid on the back
with a decorative filigree overlay. About 20 inches long, the
large beads are 11 mm, the small separating beads range from 5 mm in the
front to 4 mm at the back. Vintage costume

CASED, DIAGONALLY CUT GLASS BEAD NECKLACE Nine strands of 3 mm beads. The beads are cased, green on the
inside, transparent on the outside; and they are cut on the diagonal
so that the strand looks a bit rumply and the transparent edges
add sparkle. Held by gold tone caps and fastened
with a clasp topped with bead knot. Vintage costume
jewelry, marked Japan, in excellent condition, about 19 inches

LAPIS BEAD NECKLACE ~ SINGLE STRAND Sixteen and a half inch, single strand NECKLACE of 6.5
mm Lapis beads. The beads are a rich, royal color with lots of
mineral inclusions including liberal flecks of golden pyrite along with
some white striations and other inclusions. Vintage estate
jewelry in like new condition, closes with a gold tone box
clasp. |

SOLD! 1211.. WONDERFUL PEARL NECKLACE! This glowing, sort of metallic-caviar color beauty will go with
any color fabric. Really, the colors are all there and it
will take on whatever you wish to pair it with; perfect for daily, daytime
accessory. Imagine it with gray, black, brown, pink,
purple, or almost anything. Round pearls, shiny, and
unblemished, they are presumed to be high quality freshwater
cultured pearls. They are 6 mm, hand knotted between each, 18 inches
long and close with a 14K gold fishhook clasp. Fine

LEAD CRYSTAL, GRADUATED NECKLACE Oval, faceted lead crystal beads, graduated in size from 13 mm to 6
mm. Each bead is separated by a tiny gold tone, donut
shape rondelle. Quality necklace strung on chain and finished

DOUBLE STRAND UNUSUAL CRYSTAL BEADS Large, faceted roundels flanked by faceted cone shapes makes for
a very interesting visual appearance. High quality vintage
costume jewelry in like new excellent condition, strung on white
cord. The clasp is a sterling (marked) box style.

MILLIFIORE BEAD NECKLACE *** SET *** Nice quality beads, the floret designs are sharp and clear (not
run together as in less expensive millifiore). These
Italian beads are assembled in flame from thin glass rods. The cord
is unusual, the first time I have seen a two color, yellow and red,
cord, and it works perfectly with the colors and "busy-ness" of the
beads. Gold tone filigree end caps cup the 8 mm beads on each
side. Vintage costume jewelry in excellent condition, 16
1/2 inches. Gold filled screw back earrings are 1 3/8 inches
and can be transferred to french hooks if
desired. |

TURQUOISE COSTUME JEWELRY NECKLACE Chunky bead NECKLACE, turquoise color. These 11 mm (5/8 inch)
beads have lots of veining and natural type inclusions, so perhaps it is
natural material that is dyed, or perhaps a good man-made
composition. The silver tone metal is not sterling and an
indication that these were moderately priced beads. Vintage costume
jewelry, the necklace, strung on wire, is 19 inches long and with
the bulk of the beads probably fits like an 18 inch necklace.

NOT FOR EVERYBODY ~ A REALLY FUNKY, CHUNKY NECKLACE THEMED DAY OF THE DEAD Fantastic, polymer clay necklace, many of the beads are two sided
"skull" squares. The finished NECKLACE is composed of many
interesting styles and colors of clay beads along with
small to medium colorful glass beads. Double strand, with some
dangling beads, about 23 inches long and closed with a sterling toggle
style clasp. From the estate of an art aficionado,
who spent lavishly and also choose her jewelry for
effect. Among her collections were those funky,
colorful wood animals from Mexico. and also material
related to The Day of the Dead. Día de los Muertos, November 2, is a
holiday celebrated in Mexico, and by latinos in other countries.
Families and friends gather, honor and pray for and remember the dead, eat
and party. It occurs the day after All Saints' Day and is the same
day as All Souls Day. Alters are built, and there are traditional
candies and ceremonies. |

TIGER STRIPE LONG BEAD STRAND These beads are basically rod shape and about 17 mm long. They
are faceted on all four faces and on the ends, and each amber color bead
is tiger-striped with 2 or three lines. Round faceted amber
color beads alternate and the entire necklace is hand knotted between all
beads. Vintage costume jewelry in excellent condition,
about sixty inches long. |

THICK COIL OF BLACK AND CRYSTAL BEADS *** SET *** A grand set from yesteryear, this appears at first to be a coil of
beads known as a torsade. However closer examination reveals that
this is made of individual bead units wired to a center core....
estimates are 700 to 1000 units hand wired. Each unit is an
oval black bead topped by three tiny crystal seed beads balanced at the
end of the oval black. About 7/8 inch thick and 17 inches
long, this will fit closely like a 16 inch necklace. Age is not
certain, but note the unusual double wire back on the earrings, which
indicates it probably dates to the first half of the 20th
century. Vintage costume jewelry in excellent
